Refund policy

We have only Exchange, No Refund Policy within 2 days after receiving parcel.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at ashviclothing@gmail.com. Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: D-29 Mangeram Park, Poothkalan, Near Muskaan Hospital, Delhi 110086

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly request you to record a clear opening/unboxing video of every parcel received from us. This helps us verify and investigate any issue with the courier company and resolve your concern more effectively.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as Jewellery, Watches and Handbag). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
No refund in any case.
